These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Duck Shooter: Tabletop AR ("the App"), an iOS application developed and published by Mark Gravely ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App places a duck island on a real surface through your device camera and lets you shoot at it, alone or with other players sitting at the same table. It requires an iPhone or iPad with ARKit support running a supported iOS version.
Augmented reality asks you to move around while looking at a screen. You are responsible for your surroundings: play in a clear space, keep hold of your device, and stop if you cannot see where you are stepping. Do not play while driving, cycling, or anywhere your attention is needed elsewhere.
The App is free to play and shows an advertisement between rounds. A single, non-consumable in-app purchase — the Full Version — removes those ads permanently. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and nothing renews.
The purchase is processed by Apple under the standard Apple Media Services Terms and is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. It is tied to that Apple Account and can be restored on any device signed in to it, from the Restore option in the App.
Every part of the game other than the ads is available without paying.
Because Apple is the merchant of record for App Store purchases, all refund requests are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds directly.
Solo scores are submitted to a public leaderboard under the display name you choose. That name is visible to everyone, so keep it free of personal information and of anything obscene, hateful, impersonating, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove any entry or name at our discretion, and may remove scores that were not achieved by playing the game as intended.
You may not attempt to abuse, automate, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the App or its leaderboard. You may not circumvent or attempt to bypass the ads, the purchase check, or the entitlement that unlocks the Full Version. You may not use the App in any way that violates applicable law.
What the App sends, and what stays on your device, is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: the camera never leaves your device, and the only thing sent to us is a solo score with the display name attached to it.
We may release updates, modify or remove features, change pricing, or discontinue the App at any time. The online leaderboard is offered as-is and may be changed, reset, or withdrawn; the game remains fully playable without it.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AR tracking will work on every surface or in every lighting condition.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including any injury or damage occurring while you move around during play. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Full Version, if any.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
